Delivery terms:1. Product Name: petroleum products — diesel fuel (summer DT-L-K5, winter DT-Z-K5)
2. Purpose of the goods and purposes of use: the purpose of fuel is to use it as fuel for forklifts and road transport
3. Quantity of the delivered goods: Estimated fuel demand of 96 tons for a period of 12 (twelve) months. Delivery is carried out 1 time in 1 month for 8 tons.
4. Terms of delivery of the goods: Delivery (including delivery) to the Customer of fuel to be made at the address Sverdlovsk region, Yekaterinburg, Titova str. 27. Delivery to be made in the period from the moment of signing the contract within 12 months according to the submitted applications. The volume of one-time delivery is 8 tons. The frequency of delivery is 1 time in 1 month.
5. Terms of payment for the goods: Payment is made on the basis of the invoice and the consignment note upon delivery within 10 calendar days.

c) The Charter of the company (for the winner of the tender), if available (not requested from the sole proprietor).
d)Copies of certified financial statements (if the company prepares financial statements) for the last reporting period e) Certified tax returns (for VAT, income tax, USN) for the last 2 reporting periods at the time of reporting.
e) Certificate of tax registration.
f) Certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities) or EGRIP (for individual entrepreneurs).
f) Accounting reports for the 1st and 2nd quarter of 2020.
g) Licenses (if necessary to perform works (services), SRO)
h)A document (order, order, power of attorney, bank card) confirming the right to sign and samples of signatures of the head, chief accountant or authorized persons signing financial documents (including invoices, waybills).
i) A certificate of absence of tax arrears from the IFNS (Certificate of tax arrears for the purpose of the tender must be received no more than 1 month. at the time of the tender).
j)A letter confirming the dealer/distributor status from the manufacturer (if applicable).
l) An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or the Unified State Register of Legal Entities with the date of issue no later than 30 days.
m)Protocol (decision, order) on the appointment (election) of the head of the organization.
h) A certificate of ownership or a lease agreement for office space at the actual location.
o)Information on the average number of employees for the previous calendar year (form CND 1110018).




In case of absence of all mandatory information in the commercial offer or violation of the order of items in the list, the commercial offer will not be considered and accepted for bidding.



This request for proposals procedure is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the customer.
