No later than on the day of the end of the submission of applications (the time of the end of the competition) accreditation must be obtained, otherwise your proposal will not be considered when summing up the results.

When placing an application for participation in the procurement procedure, we ask you to attach a technical and commercial proposal on a letterhead (optional specification in Excel format) containing the cost with VAT, terms and time of delivery and payment; warranty obligations and other information.

Criteria for choosing the best offer: cost, delivery time, payment terms, contract according to the buyer's form.

All questions and requests for clarifications on the application must be placed in the "Clarifications" section of the ETP.

Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
