Requirements to the Participant of the competitive procedure:
A Participant in a competitive procedure may be a manufacturer/representative of the equipment manufacturer, executor of works, services having qualification, financial means, production capacity, equipment or other resources necessary for Manufacturing of equipment, execution of works/rendering of services in accordance with the subject of the contract, as well as permitting documents necessary for the fulfillment of the relevant contract.
A Participant of a competitive procedure may not be a legal (or physical) person who is in a state of reorganization (separation, merger, accession), or liquidation, the property of which is seized (at the stage of enforcement proceedings).
A Participant of a competitive procedure may not be a legal (or physical) person participating in the litigation with LLC "Evrazholding" or the Company;
In the event that the participant does not provide any of the documents specified in this letter and/or provide the information not in full, the organizer of the competitive procedure reserves the right to not consider the Techno-commercial.
