Comments:
as part of the contest, only proposals for the supply of the diesel telescopic loader MLT-X 845-120 Serie 5-E3 of the company "MANITOU" are considered (see TK).
All participants of the contest must fill in the enclosed "contractor's questionnaire".
Upon the results of the request of the proposal the winner is obliged to submit certified copies of documents in accordance with the enclosed "list of documents" before the conclusion of the contract of sale.
Request for proposals is not a bargaining (contest, auction) in accordance with articles 447-449 or public competition in accordance with articles 1057-1061 of the second part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not impose on the organizer and/or Obligations established by these articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
