Ranking of bids

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment for the goods shall be made by the Customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery and signing by the parties of the consignment note on the basis of the invoice and invoice issued by the Supplier by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account.
The date of payment is the date when funds are debited from the Customer's current account.
Commissions of the Customer's Bank are credited to the Customer's account.
Commissions from other banks are credited to the Bidder's account.

The Bidder has the right to make an alternative offer on payment terms.
Delivery terms:The product must be new, factory-assembled, not restored and not assembled from used parts.
The product must be of high quality, comply with the declared characteristics, standards of the manufacturer.
The product must be supplied with a set of documents according to the manufacturer's standards:
- Passport;
- Operation and Maintenance Manual (in Russian);
- Self-propelled vehicle passport;
- Service book;
- Certificate of conformity;
- Declaration of compliance with the technical regulations of the Customs Union;
- Spare parts catalog (in Russian);
- Passport of component parts (in Russian);
The Bidder guarantees the quality and completeness of the supplied equipment. The equipment is supplied free of charge with everything necessary for its connection, configuration and commissioning.

- load diagram confirming the compliance of the loader with the required characteristics.
- a letter of guarantee stating that the proposed loader with fork dimensions: – length 2800 mm., width – 200 mm., height (thickness) not more than 80 mm., meets the requirements – "The weight of the lifted load to a lifting height of 3000 mm., with a center of gravity of 1400 mm. must be at least 7,500 kg."
