The Technical and Commercial Proposal request is carried out through an open procurement procedure on the B2B electronic trading platform.

For further participation in the procedures for choosing the source of supply for the needs of METALLOINVEST Group of Companies, accreditation is MANDATORY!
1. Required payment terms - priority is given to the supplier offering the lowest price and 100% deferred payment, preferably 90 days;
2. Requirements for the offer currency - the price must be indicated in any offer currency without VAT;
3. Required delivery time - the minimum possible guaranteed delivery time;
4. The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal is at least 365 days.
5. Requirements for the terms of delivery - Delivery to the buyer's warehouse in (specified in the Bid Notice request for proposals) at the seller's expense. (DDU/DDP/CPT according to Incoterms-2020).
6. The Contract is concluded in the form of the Buyer;
7. Confirm the possibility of working on EDI (electronic document management Contour.Dyadok).
