Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

В КП должна быть указана общая стоимость за 1 900 человек согласно ТЗ и прописаны стоимости отдельно программ. Без предоставленного КП участие считается недействительным.
