Payment terms:
Delivered production is paid on a monthly basis, in the following order:
- advance payment of 25 000,00 (twenty five thousand) rubles 00 kopecks not later than 5 (five) of the current month.
- in the case of fuel sampling value of 25 000,00 (twenty five thousand) rubles 00 kopecks a month before the expiration of the settlement of this fact Seller shall immediately notify Buyer. Payment for fuel purchased in excess of the advance payment, the Buyer no later than five (5) days of receipt of the Seller's account.
