Обоснование: Признать запрос ценовых котировок в электронной форме на право заключения договора на поставку программируемого источника питания GENH 600-1,3 с первичной поверкой - несостоявшимся, так как на основании результатов рассмотрения Закупочной комиссией Котировочных заявок Участников принято решение о допуске к участию в запросе ценовых котировок в электронной форме единственного Участника, из всех подавших заявки.
На основании пункта 10 статьи 22 Положения о закупках АО «Гос МКБ «Вымпел» им И.И. Торопова», решили заключить договор с единственным участником запроса ценовых котировок в электронной форме - АО «ЮЕ-Интернейшнл», 192029, г. Санкт - Петербург, проспект Обуховской Обороны, дом 70, корпус 3, литера А, как c участником запроса ценовых котировок в электронной форме, заявка которого соответствует требованиям и условиям, предусмотренным Документацией запроса ценовых котировок в электронной форме
