Payment terms:
- Prepayment in the amount of 50% of the value of the ordered batch of goods is made within 3 (three) working days from the moment the Buyer receives the invoice for payment. At the same time, the Supplier shall issue an invoice for the ordered products within 2 (two) calendar days after the submission of the order by the Buyer;
- final payment shall be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the consignment note for the delivery of the corresponding consignment of goods.
Delivery terms:
Delivery time of the Goods under this contract: from 09.01.2020 to 31.12.2020. Delivery is carried out after receipt of a written request from the Customer - within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt by the Supplier of the prepayment.
