Обоснование: Предлагается признать закупочную процедуру не состоявшейся на основании п. 4.9.1. пп. а) Закупочной документации и п. 7.5.1. «Положения о порядке проведения регламентированных закупок товаров, работ, услуг для нужд ОАО «Завод по ремонту электротехнического оборудования», утвержденным решением Совета Директоров ОАО «Завод по ремонту электротехнического оборудования» (протокол № 67 от 17 октября 2014 г.) (далее – Положение).
Предлагается не проводить повторно закупочную процедуру в соответствии с п. 7.5.5. Положения по причине отсутствия лимитов времени на проведение повторной закупки.
