Payment terms:the basic provisions of the Treaty: 1. Advance payment up to 30% of the cost of the contract (possible phased payment of advance payment in accordance with the schedule of funding)

2. Deadline COP form-2, COP-3 to 25 (twenty fifth) day of the month

3. The deadline for the consideration of the COP form-2, COP-3-15 (fifteen) working days

4. Term of payment for work performed within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of signing of the forms of COP 2, COP-3.

5. Payment is based on the proportional deduction of previously paid advance guarantee of retention in the amount of 5% of the cost of work performed

6. Return 5% retention warranty runs on after 6 (six) calendar months from the date of signing of the acceptance of the results of work on the Treaty

7. The warranty period for the work performed is 60 (sixty) calendar months from the date of signing of the Act of acceptance of the result of the work under the contract.
