Payment terms:
The amount of prepayment shall be proposed by the Bidder in his application bid and it shall be considered as a criterion (a field in table of assessment criteria "Payment Terms and Conditions"). Maximum amount of prepayment - 30% of the total value of the agreement (lot). If a bidder sends a proposal on the terms of work execution that exceed the maximum specified value, this will constitute a basis for his rejection. Terms of settlement of payments and accounts with the contractor are specified in Paragraph 4 of the draft civil law agreement.
Delivery terms:
Terms of execution of works (deadline) - 260 calendar days after entering into agreement. If a bidder sends a proposal on the terms of work execution that exceed the maximum specified value, this will constitute a basis for his rejection.

The validity period of the license shall not be shorter than the period of fulfillment of obligations under the prospective entering into an agreement.
