Bids submission deadline

The cost of approving documentation in accordance with clause 4.2 of the TOR is carried out by the Customer (not required in the TCH).
Technical and commercial proposals are accepted for consideration, drawn up in stages with a cost calculation according to the 3P form (Appendix No. 2 to MDS 81-35.2004) in accordance with the schedule of Appendix No. 7 to the TK:
1. Stage - Development of working documentation for the creation of a loading unit and a scheme for SNF management in the main building of the Bilibino NPP, including safety justification. - From the moment of the conclusion of the contract until 30.11.2021.
2. Stage - Development of design documentation for the creation of a loading unit and SNF handling scheme in the Main Building of the Bilibino NPP. - From the moment of the conclusion of the contract until 30.11.2021.
Terms of payment. For contracts with a price of more than 5 million rubles. inclusive of VAT: The Customer pays to the Contractor for the services rendered within 45 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the work performed, the provision of services by the contractor / performer and the submission by the contractor / performer of the documents stipulated by the contract (stage of the work, the provision of services).
Terms of payment under contracts with a single supplier - an organization of the industry: Within 30 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of performance of work, provision of services (stage of performance of work, provision of services), acceptance of products, subject to a positive Act of incoming control.
Carrying out this information collection procedure does not entail any obligations of the Customer.
