Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
Comments: The equipment must be new, non-operational, warranty within the Russian Federation and imported in accordance with all customs regulations. Unconditional adoption of the model contract without modification. Tender participants must attach to the lot a manufacturer, official or dealer certificate; certificate of conformity for this product. It is necessary to provide an offer on a model form, with the offer expiration period of at least 4 months. A list of statutory instruments of binding and recommendation should be provided (see List in Additional Information).
