Performing maintenance (hereinafter referred to as maintenance), emergency recovery (hereinafter referred to as AVR), additional operational work at the communication facilities of PJSC VimpelCom in the Southern and Northwestern Regions in 2022-2024.
List of objects of work:
All the Objects of the Customer on the territory of the Lot, in respect of which Work will be performed under the Contract, are transferred to the Contractor. The list of objects and types of maintenance is determined by Vimpelcom and is indicated in Orders.
To participate in the qualification selection, we ask you to send to the following address by October 31, 2022 at 12.00 Moscow time: tender_dz_beeline@beeline.ru the following completed documents (documentation package):
1 Questionnaire of the participant of the procurement event 1. The completed file Questionnaire of the participant of the procurement event (including the Questionnaire of the participant, the participant's compliance with the requirements of the procurement event), provide in PDF format (scan with signature and seal) and Word
2 CT_AVR on the websites (depending on the branch South or West) 1. Completed file (Application, Appendix 1, Appendix 2 and Appendix 3) in Excel format;
2. Completed and signed scan (Application, Appendix 1, Appendix 2 and Appendix 3) in PDF format
3. Provide supporting documents in accordance with the points of the qualification requirements
The package of documents must be sent to the email address tender_dz_beeline@beeline.ru no later than October 31, 2022, 12.00 Moscow time (in the subject of the letter, specify "The name of the participant / "TO and AVR on the sites South or West"). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive). The name of each file should indicate its contents.
Based on the results of a full and comprehensive review of the documentation provided by the Participant, PJSC VimpelCom forms a list of Participants qualified by Category and meeting mandatory technical and commercial requirements. Such participants will receive invitations to participate in the procurement activities of PJSC VimpelCom by Category.

By submitting documents at any stage of the procurement process, you confirm that you are familiar with the information about the procurement process and comply with its provisions and requirements.
The procurement event is planned to be held in several stages:
Stage 1. Qualification selection.
Stage 2. Commercial stage among qualified participants.
Stage 3. Selection of winners.
Stage 4. Conclusion of contracts.
Information about the results of the qualification selection, as well as information about the next stages of the procurement event, will be sent to participants approximately after November 10.
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• The participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
• each scanned document should be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and appendices should also be grouped into one file, for example: The Charter should not be scanned in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black-white format);
• each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
