Comments: The procedure is two-stage:
1. stage - prequalification, stage 2-request for commercial proposals.
Participants are required to upload a B2B center to the ETP:
- Application for participation in the tender (form in the attachment),
- qualification questionnaire with applications in the form of LLC "Glavstroy-SPb specialized developer" (download from the website www.glavstroi-spb.ru/tenders)
- an up-to-date extract from the register of SRO members.
To get the ID number of the qualification questionnaire (required when filling out the Application for participation), you need to download it through the Glavstroy-SPb website
Instructions for filling out the questionnaire:
1. "Download the questionnaire and its appendices" on the page www.glavstroi-spb.ru/tenders
2. prepare applications for the questionnaire in pdf format and the questionnaire in excel format.
3. by clicking the "Send a completed application form with applications" button, open a user form for filling in (entering prepared files).
4. enter the e-mail address in the user form to receive the ID number of the questionnaire.
Please note that the documents
1. they must be issued strictly according to the established forms, filled in in full (including the "YES" marks in the questionnaire on sheets 5-7 "specialization", according to the company's activities and subject to the availability of experience in performing these types of work),
2. signed by the head and certified with the seal of the organization.
The data uploaded by you is the basis for making a decision on the admission of the organization to the tender.
The proposals of the participants are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature.
Those participants who have passed the preliminary qualification selection under this procedure will be invited to participate in the 2nd stage of the procurement procedure. This preliminary qualification selection is not a notice of bidding and is not a public offer, the Organizer does not bear any obligations to the suppliers who participated in the request, including obligations to conclude any contracts with the persons who sent their proposals.
This preliminary qualification selection is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
The Organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the procedure at any of the stages, without incurring any financial responsibility to the Participants.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend and (or) change the date of consideration of Participants ' proposals and summing up the results of the preliminary qualification selection.
