Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:100% post-payment upon receipt of the goods to the intermediate warehouse in the village of Bestyakh, within 10 working days from the date of delivery.
The cost of VAT is included.
Transportation costs should be included in the delivery cost, and also indicate its cost.

When shipping the goods, the Buyer must be notified with the provision of copies of: invoices, COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.

Comments:
1) Please note that participation in the tender means acceptance of the buyer's contract form.
2) It is necessary to attach a Commercial offer in electronic form.
3) When issuing Commercial Proposals, it is necessary to indicate the manufacturer of the product, availability, production time, delivery time to the supplier's warehouse, cargo dimensions (weight, volume, number of containers), shipping point;
4) The products must be new, not used;
5) The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming
the quality;
6) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill in the packing list (see the example of filling in the bid
documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of the documents to the customer by e-mail.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
In the proposed Commercial Proposals, specify:
1) Separately the cost of the goods and separately the cost of delivery;
2) Certificates of conformity;
3) References to the manufacturer;
4) Payment terms;
5) Delivery time;
6) Supplier's attitude to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, authorized dealer);
7) Warranty.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
