Comments:
1. The product must be new, not used, free from third party rights, comply with the standards of the Russian Federation and the specifications of the manufacturer;
2. It is mandatory to attach a commercial proposal on the company letterhead signed by the manager, indicating the essential terms of delivery;
3. Certificate of Conformity, Quality Passport, Security Passport, Dealer Certificates - required;
4. The goods shall be packaged in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements for the appropriate packaging for the supplied Goods or in accordance with GOST or TU and as necessary for the appropriate type transport. This packaging shall ensure the safety of the Goods, its protection during normal handling, transportation, multiple transshipments and storage;
5. Contract form requirements are based on the buyer's form.
