Delivery terms:Оплата стоимости Товара осуществляется, в течение 20 (десяти) банковских дней, считая с даты фактической поставки партии Товара, на основании подписанной сторонами товарной накладной (ТОРГ-12) и счета Поставщика.
Дата оплаты Товара определятся датой списания денежных средств с расчетного счета Покупателя.
Дата поставки Товара определяется датой товарной и/или товарно-транспортной накладной, подтверждающей передачу Товара.
Расчеты за поставленный Товар производятся платежными поручениями путем перечисления Покупателем безналичных денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика.
Стоимость Товара включает в себя:
- стоимость поставляемого Товара;
- стоимость транспортировки Товара в пункт поставки;
- стоимость упаковки Товара;
- стоимость технической и эксплуатационной документации на Товар;
- уплату таможенных сборов, пошлин и других обязательных платежей.
