Form of purchase procedure: request for proposals. Title of services: provision of cargo transportation and forwarding services for delivery of cargo for OOO TD Polimetal (hereinafter as the text goes – “the Customer”) from various cities of the Russian Federation to the Siberia and the Russian Far East regions (railroad transport) – aggregate package shipments. The purpose of provision of services: prompt delivery of the cargo by transportation/cargo forwarding company to the cargo receiver specified in the bid. Term of provision of services: January 1, 2016 – December 31, 2016. Requirements for provision of services: - services for delivery of the Customer’s cargo from various cities of the Russian Federation to the Siberia and the Russian Far East region (railroad transport) – aggregate package shipments; -services upon acceptance of cargo (cargo forwarding) at the Customer’s warehouse, if provided by the Bid; - delivery services (cargo forwarding) to the Customer’s warehouse, if provided by the Bid; cargo transportation shall be carried out in accordance with the Customer’s bid. – acceptance of cargo shall be carried out in various points of the Russian Federation, delivery to the points given in Attachment No. 1 and No. 2.
