Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments: Заявку для участия в торговой процедуре на ЭТП группы B2B-Center (www.b2b-center.ru ) необходимо подать с указанием ставки в рублях, при этом, в обязательном порядке прикладывая коммерческое предложение с указанием ставки на рейс по форме Приложения 1.
Форма коммерческого предложения приведена в Приложении 1 к настоящему коммерческому запросу. Заявки, поданные на ЭТП группы B2B-Center без коммерческого предложения, заполненного по форме (Приложение 1), приниматься во внимание не будут.
