Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

An application for participation in the trading procedure on the B2b-Center TP must be submitted with an indication of the rate in rubles, while, without fail, attaching a commercial offer with an indication of the rate in the form of Appendix 1.
Commercial proposal form is provided in Appendix 1 to this commercial request. Applications submitted to the TP B2B-Center without a commercial proposal filled out in the form (Appendix 1) will not be taken into account.
