Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

An application for participation in the trading procedure at TP B2b-Center must be submitted with an indication of the rate in rubles, while, without fail, applying a commercial proposal indicating the rate in the form of Appendix 1.
Commercial proposal form is provided in Attachment 1 to this commercial request. Applications submitted to B2B-Center TP without a commercial proposal completed in the form (Appendix 1) will not be taken into account.
We ask you to ask questions on conducting a request for proposals through the "clarification" trading platform functional.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
