Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
the application for participation in the trade procedure on the B2b-Center TP must be submitted with an indication of the rate in rubles, and, without fail, applying a commercial proposal with an indication of the rate on the form of Annex 1.
Commercial proposal form is provided in Attachment 1 to this commercial request. Applications submitted to B2b-Center TP without a commercial proposal filled in form (appendix 1) will not be taken into Account.
