Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The procurement participant may repeatedly improve their price offer until the end of submission of applications.

Mandatory conditions for the CA:
1. Search and provision of the vehicle for the export of the container at the request of the client within a period of not more than 2 hours from the date of receipt of the request.
2. Work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing transport in the same schedule.
3. No container rate and weight relationship with the goods.
4. Interaction with the customer forwarder.
5. Delivery of the vehicle to the port in the time-slot reserved by the forwarder.
6. Control over the technical condition of the container during loading in port/delivery of an empty container, reflection of deviations in the relevant acts.
7. Departure from the territory of the terminal immediately upon loading of the container onto the vehicle.
8. Delivery of the container to the customer's distribution center by the time specified by the customer in the application.
9. No penalties for simple under unloading at customer distribution center less than 24 hours.
10. Delivery of an empty container according to the instructions of the sea carrier.
11. Full liability for cargo and transport equipment.
12. According to the customer's request, shipping container with Genset.

Only one legal entity can take part in the competition procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. OTHERWISE is regarded as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the removal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
