Comments: To participate in the prequalification, you must submit:
• A signed Application;
• Completed application 1-3 completed in Excel format:
Participant's questionnaire in the form of Appendix 1;
Qualification requirements in the form of Appendix 2, specify yes/no, if necessary, provide a more detailed answer, specify it in the comments column,
Appendix 3 attach a reference list;
• The Customer reserves the right to reject or accept applications, suspend the selection process and reject all applications;
• The possibility of submitting bids depends on the verification of all data provided by suppliers for selection;
• The Customer is not obliged to accept our tender offer or any received offer at all;
• The customer is not responsible for such actions and does not undertake to inform the supplier of their reasons.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
