Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
3. This procedure requires the participants to upload the required documentation, namely the completed Offer Card in Excel format (Appendix # 1), the calculation of the tariff (Appendix # 3) and the Commercial Offer on the company's letterhead in scanned form.
