Comments: 1. IN THE EVENT OF THE SUPPLIER'S DETERMINATION OF THE DELIVERY TIME, THE SUPPLIER WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE STOP LIST FOR ALL THE FOLLOWING TENDERS OF GLOBAL-FLOT LLC.
2. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
3. MTS will be accepted from the Supplier to the address stated in the request by the representative of Global Fleet LLC in the Volga-Caspian region. The name of the representative organization, as well as its authority, will be reflected in the supply contract.
4. The participants of this procedure MUST, before opening the envelopes, attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form.
5. The set of documents should include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL OFFER indicating the delivery time, as well as signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure. In the commercial proposal, without fail, the details of the proposed items should be displayed with reference to the drawing, or with an appendix thereof.
6. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
