Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:100% postponement under the contract, payment upon receipt at our warehouse.
Delivery terms:Shipment at own expense, in case of impossibility of delivery by the Supplier. In the offer, the cost of goods and the cost of delivery should be indicated separately.

Comments:
1) When setting the commercial proposal, it is necessary to indicate the delivery time.
2) Delivered products must be new, have a guarantee.
3) Certificates of conformity, quality certificates (other documents confirming
quality).
4) Suppliers who won the tender for the first time need to conclude a standard contract with the buyer.
5) Proposals of participants not corresponding to the subject of procurement (i.e. analogues), unless otherwise indicated in the procurement documentation, will not be considered.
