1. Please note that participating in a competition means agreeing to the buyer's form of contract.
2. It is necessary to attach the Commercial Offer electronically.
3. Provide the commercial offer and technical description of the proposed products with two separate files.
4. When exhibiting a KP, it is necessary to specify the product manufacturer, availability, production time, delivery time to supplier's warehouse, cargo dimensions (mass, volume, quantity, quantity of containers), point of shipment;
5. The products must be new, not used;
6. The products must be enclosed with certificates of conformity, passport, quality proof document, product technical description.
7. Attach a referent sheet about the supply of such products.
8. Before shipment, it is necessary to fill out a packing sheet (see example filling in the purchase documentation), stick the packing sheet on the package with the product, send copies of documents to the customer via electronic mail.
Please note that this request is not a notification of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
In the proposed CP, specify:

2) Certificates of compliance
3) Manufacturer references
4) Payment Terms;
5) Delivery time;
6) Supplier's ratio to products delivered (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
7) Warranty on the goods delivered.
