Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
1) 100% post payment within 10 banking days from the receipt of goods at the buyer's warehouse.
2) advance payment of not more than 25% of the cost of the consignment from the moment of signing the specification. The final payment of 75% within 10 business days upon delivery of products to the Buyer's warehouse, without complaints.
Delivery terms:
By delivery to the buyer's warehouse. The price shall include the cost of delivery to the buyer warehouse at the specified address.
Comments: packing of packages according to GOST 15846-2002 MANDATORY !!!
1) Commercial proposal shall be issued on the letterhead paper sealed and signed by the company’s CEO and enclosed to the uploaded documents.
2) Commercial proposal shall specify:
- The products cost shall include VAT and delivery to the Buyer's warehouse
- packaging type (according to the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96 for this type of products);
- Supplier’s relation to the supplied goods (independent seller, dealer, manufacturer);
- time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- warranty terms;
- estimated volume and weight (of the entire consignment);
- delivery method;
- agreement with the contract.
3) The supplied products must be new, not previously used;
4) The Commercial Proposal must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, other documents confirming the quality of products, dealership certificates;
5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: agreement with the contract of our form, quality, cost, delivery time, payment terms, work experience;
6) This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
7) This bidding procedure is also not a public request for tenders and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
