Advance payment is not provided. Payment upon receipt of products at the consignee's warehouse within 30 working days from the date of delivery and the provision of originals of invoices, consignment notes, copies of delivery notes with the recipient's mark. Other payment terms are also considered.

2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time) signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
