The engine must be the original domestic factory production, there must be a new one, not restored, not repaired, it will be accepted through incoming control at the enterprise.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
