1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade and procurement system "B2B Cordiant" on site http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with established procedure, have the rights of System Participant. 2) All prices in the proposal should include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the value of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier. 3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code.
