Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
1) 100% post payment within 10 banking days from products receipt at the Buyer's warehouse, unconditionally.
2) advance payment of not more than 25% of the consignment value upon signing the specification. The final payment of 75% within 10 business days upon delivery of products to the Buyer's warehouse, without complaints.
Delivery terms:
