Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Obligatory conditions of the competition:
1. the delivery time is minimal;
2. agreement as amended by LGOK JSC;
3. deferred payment for at least 37 days;
4. shipping method: DDP (shipping is included in the price);
5. availability of EDM;
6. take a survey on sustainable development of the enterprise (see the link below in the terms and conditions).
7. Special requirements for the quality of the goods are compliance with GOST, TU or STO.
8. Certificate of Conformity, Quality Passport - required.
9. must be accredited.
10. compliance with the declared nomenclature is mandatory, because the products are purchased for refilling.
The quantity in the competition and the number in the KL may differ, both downward and higher!!!!!
