Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants must submit a technical and commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure.
Also, to your proposals in electronic form, attach the applicant's questionnaire and documents according to the list of documents.
In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. After consideration of the technical and commercial proposal for compliance with the technical specifications, participants will be notified of the rebate.
4. The supplier must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides the supporting documents at the same time as the offer).
5. The cost should be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
