3. Existence of a qualification certificate from an expert in the field of safety in accordance with paragraph 19; Decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation of 05.28.15, No. 509.
4. The presence of an expert in the field of safety in the register of experts of Rostekhnadzor in the field of safety in accordance with paragraph 18; Decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation of 05.28.15, No. 509.
5. Availability of certified experts in the field of safety in accordance with the information specified in column 2 in accordance with p. II, paragraph 9 of the Order of Rostekhnadzor dated November 14, 13 No. 538 and paragraph 11, 13; The order of Rostekhnadzor dated 09.09.15, No. 355.
