Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:
1. Mandatory visit of an expert to the object.
2. Strictly comply with the deadlines for the execution of work, according to the schedule of the EPB.
3. The expert organization independently coordinates all the conditions for carrying out work with the workshop where the technical device is installed.
4. The expert organization takes over all the work on collecting signatures in the EPB and acts of work performed.
5. Transfer of EPB to Rostekhnadzor for inclusion in the register of Rostekhnadzor industrial safety examination reports.
In the event of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the obligation under the contract, the Contractor shall pay the Customer a penalty in the amount of 1% of the cost of work for each day of delay.

Comments: Requirements for expert organizations:
Carrying out a technical due diligence and drawing up an opinion should be carried out in accordance with the requirements:
- Federal Law No. 116-FZ;
- Order No. 538 of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision of November 14, 2013 "Rules for conducting industrial safety expertise";
- of paragraph No. 262 of the federal norms and rules in the field of industrial safety "Safety rules for hazardous production facilities on which lifting structures are used" approved by order of Rostekhnadzor dated 12.11.2013 No. 533 as amended by order of Rostechnadzor dated 12.04.2016 No. 146
The work must be carried out by an organization having:
1. Availability of relevant valid licenses for the right to conduct EPB;
2. The presence of experts certified in the established resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 05.28.2015. No. 509 "On certification of experts in the field of industrial safety" with the obligatory indication of the area of certification (E14.4 TU) and the category of expert;
3. Appropriate material and technical base with verified equipment;
4. Staff of managers and specialists certified:
- industrial safety A.1, B9.31 (RTN protocols);
- on labor protection (protocols of the training center);
- on labor protection when working at a height of 1, 2, 3 groups of admission (protocols of the training center)
5. Staff of specialists certified:
- for the right to perform VIK welded joints;
6. Staff of specialists entitled to carry out geodetic works;
7. Availability of a certified non-destructive testing laboratory or an agreement on conducting non-destructive testing with a laboratory that meets the requirements of the "Certification Rules and Basic Requirements for Non-Destructive Testing Laboratories" (or contract);
8. Availability of a certified electrical laboratory or contract
9. The contractor is obliged to provide confirmation of positive experience in conducting industrial safety examinations of buildings and structures.

6. Штат специалистов, имеющих право проведения геодезических работ;
7. Наличие аттестованной лаборатории неразрушающего контроля или договора о проведении неразрушающего контроля с лаборатори
