4. The expert organization takes over all the work on collecting signatures in the EPB and acts of work performed.
5. Transfer of EPB to Rostekhnadzor for inclusion in the register of Rostekhnadzor industrial safety examination reports.
In the event of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the obligation under the contract, the Contractor shall pay the Customer a penalty in the amount of 1% of the cost of work for each day of delay. |

A valid license for the right to conduct an industrial safety examination of the relevant technical devices;
2 Experts in the field of industrial safety with the scope of certification E12 TU, E13 TU; E13KL.
3 Adequate material and technical base with verified equipment;
4 Managers and specialists trained and certified:
- on industrial safety;
- on labor protection;
- for the right to work at a height of 3 grams;
- for the right to perform VIK welded joints;
- by types of non-destructive testing.
5 Specialists who have the right to carry out geodetic works;
6. Certified NDT laboratory;
7. Geographically located in an area excluding the transfer of documents by mail

4 Руководителей и специалистов, обученных и аттестованных:
- по промышленной безопасности;
- по охране труда;
- на право работы на высоте 3гр.;

- по видам неразрушающего контроля.
5 Специалистов, имеющих право проведения геодезических работ;
6. Аттестованную лабораторию НК;
