Payment terms:1) If the Participant applies to small and medium-sized businesses:
With delay of payment of not more than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of signing the Act of Acceptance of the services rendered, provided that the Contractor issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the invoice, by transferring money to the account of "Contractor" or in other ways which do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Member does not apply to small and medium-sized businesses:
100% of the value of deferred payment of not less than sixty (60) nor more than ninety (90) days from the date of signing the Act of Acceptance of the services rendered, provided that the Contractor issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the invoice, by bank transfer to the account of "Contractor" or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
