Polymetal Industrial Holding is a leading Russian gold mining and production company, one of the world's largest silver producers.
Albazino Resources LLC, part of the Polymetal holding company, asks you to consider the possibility of performing an industrial safety review of the RDH Haulmaster 800-20 underground loading and delivery machine.
Terms of work:
beginning of work: 10/01/2019;
completion of work: 11/25/2019.
Responsibilities and obligations of the Customer:
To accept and pay to the Contractor the work performed qualitatively and in due time, in accordance with the certificate of work performed.
Responsibilities and obligations of the Contractor:
Detailed information on the implementation of the work is set out in the Terms of Reference and its annexes. This information is required for detailed study in the preparation of a commercial offer.
If the decision is positive, we ask you to send a quotation on the company letterhead, attaching the following documents:
1. a completed offer card;
2. calculation of the cost of work (calculation / estimate);
3. confirmation of similar work from other customers (reference list);
4. scanned copies of permits in accordance with clause 10 of the ToR.
Based on the received commercial offers, the contractor will be determined with whom a service contract will be concluded.
In the selection, we are guided by the following main criteria:
- compliance of the proposed conditions with the requirements of the technical specifications;
- the ratio of price and quality of the proposed conditions, as well as the attractiveness of payment terms;
- completeness and timeliness of the provision of necessary documents;
- the presence of all documents prescribed by law for conducting business;
- the reputation of your company in the market.

1.2. Appendix No. 2 to the TOR - Scan copy of the TCP to the vehicle subject to examination;

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
