1. licenses for activities to carry out industrial safety expertise with the attachment of the types of work performed and services
2. information about the staff of the expert organization (including part-time workers):
- certified copies of work books for experts;
- certified copies of labor contracts for experts;
- a certified copy of the staffing table indicating the full name, positions, number of employees by position, etc.
3. availability of qualification certificates in the field of industrial safety of experts of an expert organization (including part-time workers).
3.1 obligatory provision of certification areas for an expert (experts) E13TU, E11ZS (for HIFs of II hazard class, experts of 1, 2 categories; for HIFs of III, IV hazard classes, experts of 1, 2 or 3 categories).
4.Certificates of accreditation (certification) of the laboratory of non-destructive testing, indicating whether the laboratory is own or not (if not, then the annex of the contract with the laboratory)
5.Certificate of experience in industrial safety expertise
6.Certificate of the availability of devices, materials, equipment necessary for assessing the compliance of technical devices with safety requirements
