1) If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Works performed is made by the Customer for the Services provided / Service Stage and the Customer's acceptance of the Work Result on the basis of the Works Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties, within 15 (Fifteen) working days from the date of signing the Works Acceptance Certificate, provided that the Contractor submits a complete set following documents:
- accounts;
- Works acceptance certificate signed by the Parties;
- the original invoice drawn up on the basis of the Work Acceptance Certificate and Transferred to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of completion of the work (if applicable), provided that there are no claims and requirements from the Customer regarding the quality and timing of the work performed.
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Works performed is made by the Customer for the Services provided / Service Stage and the Customer's acceptance of the Work Result on the basis of the Works Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties, with a delay of payment of at least 60 no more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing the Works Acceptance Certificate, subject to the submission by the Contractor For the customer a complete set of the following documents:
