Payment terms:
Payment for services under this agreement may be made by the Customer by transferring bills to the Contractor. Bills shall be transferred under Transfer and Acceptance Certificate. From the moment of transfer of the bill of exchange, the Customer shall be deemed to have fulfilled his obligation to pay for services.
Payment for the work performed is made by the customer within 30 (thirty) banking days after receiving the industrial examination report of the industrial inspection registered by Rostekhnadzor. safety and signing of the certificate of completion
Comments: The contractor is obliged to perform work on their own. Engagement of the third parties is acceptable only upon a prior written consent of the Customer.
Submitting the offer, the Contractor guarantees being a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Customer, the Contractor is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow us to be convinced of the good faith of the Contractor with a sufficient degree of confidence, the Customer is entitled to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent work by the Contractor, including, but not limited to: an extract from organizational chart with copies of labor contracts of the specialists designated to perform the works attached, information on any of the following owned: office, warehouse, production facilities, equipment/tools/mechanisms, transport facilities.
In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
Please note, that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on Organizer, and Organizer reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
