Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payments for the services rendered are made between the Customer and the Contractor for the completed and delivered stages of the Schedule to the Agreement in the amount of their price on the basis of the acceptance certificate signed by the Parties for the services rendered and the Contractor's submission to the Customer of all the necessary documents for payment. The Customer makes payment within 30 (Thirty) calendar days after the acceptance of the result of the work by the General Customer and the receipt of funds (other funds) to the Customer's account from the General Customer under the General Agreement, but in any case no later than six months from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery - acceptance of services rendered. There is no advance payment.
In case of concluding an agreement with a contractor from among small and medium-sized businesses, the payment period cannot exceed 15 (fifteen) working days. If the General Customer has any comments when accepting the work, the Contractor at his own expense eliminates the deficiencies.
