The Vladivostok branch of TD Polymetal LLC invites you to take part in the procurement procedure for the provision of services for the operation, maintenance and repair of the Siberia-6.0 modular solid fuel boiler plant for the needs of Svetloye LLC (Khabarovsk Territory, Okhotsk District ).

1. Detailed requirements for this project are reflected in the procurement documentation:
- form "Cards-offers" for filling;
- terms of reference with applications;
- list of requirements for the composition of the commercial proposal;
- form "Consent to the processing of personal data";
- form "Questionnaires of the counterparty for absence from the sanctions lists"

2. To participate in this procurement procedure, all tabs of the "Card-offer" form must be filled out.

3. Proposals submitted without documentation specified in the list of requirements for the composition of the commercial proposal are not accepted for consideration.

4. The main criteria for choosing the best offer:
- compliance of the commercial proposal with the requirements of the TK;
- availability of the necessary documents in accordance with the TOR and requirements of the procurement documentation;
- experience in similar work;
- terms and cost of work execution;
- agreement with the draft agreement;
- terms of payment;
- quality of filling in procurement documentation.

5. This request for proposal procedure is not a tender, a public tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. Art. 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the Customer.

6. The draft agreement is not a public offer, but its terms will be binding on the winner.
