Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment deferral of not less than 45 calendar days from products delivery to the Consignee's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Delivery time - Indicate in KP. Transportation costs to the consignee’s warehouse in Yaroslavl, at the expense of the Supplier.

Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in the B2B-Cordiant Trading and Purchasing System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in the prescribed manner and having the rights of the System Member.
2) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) If the supplier takes part in the bidding, it means that if it is declared the winner, it will conclude a supply contract in the standard form of Cordiant JSC without a protocol of disagreement and deliver on the terms specified in the procurement announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a quotation indicating the delivery time from the moment of signing the specification to the contract.
7) The winner is selected on the basis of criteria: compliance with the technical specifications, price level, positive experience in the supply and operation of equipment.
