Comments:
The competitive procedure will consist of three stages:
1. Qualification selection
2. Request for commercial proposals
3. Approval of the price within the request for proposals
At the first stage, you only need to answer the questions of the qualification questionnaire (by filling it out) and attach a number of documents (see the file "Invitation to the tender procedure").
At the second stage, the participants who have passed the qualification selection will submit their initial commercial proposals.
At the third stage, after receiving the initial proposals and conducting their comparative analysis, the bidders will be invited to confirm the proposed prices within the framework of the request for proposals.
